Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing and/or production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging.

  • Develop and implement production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance availability, capability, and yield.
  • Conduct equipment analyses, including preventative and unscheduled maintenance, and troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
  • Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
  • Work within defined technical processes and procedures, and may assist in determining the appropriate approach for new assignments.
  • Work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused on complex new assignments.
  • Perform highly complex and varied tasks and atypical assignments.
  • Guide and support junior team members, and may assist in their formal orientation and training.
Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • Advanced knowledge in the Etch area.
  • A relevant completed vocational or professional training of at least 3 years.
  • Additional subject-specific experience (5+ years), or extended additional subject-specific qualification.
  • Working experience in a manufacturing environment.
