About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Navigator Specialist. In this role, you will provide peer support services to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of the mental health system.

You will work closely with our clinical team to provide education and resources to patients, as well as connect them with community-based services and support groups.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Windows-based computers and associated software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office) is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines is required.
  • Concise and explicit writing and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including listening skills is required.
