Join Our Team as a Hospice RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Heart of Hospice, a part of LHC Group. As a Hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop trusting relationships with patients and their families as an end-of-life care expert
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare team to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • One year of clinical experience
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

Additional State Specific Requirements:

  • LA: a minimum two years full time experience working as an RN
