Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit detailed reports within a specified timeframe following site visits.
- Facilitate on-site training sessions.
- Offer virtual assessments and training opportunities.
- Provide continuous telephone support to clients.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, including emails, phone calls, and visits.
- Input relevant information into the online compliance management system.
- Respond to client inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Monitor voicemail daily for client communications.
- Conduct weekly reviews and finalize work activities.
- Collect payments at the time of service and assist with follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Contribute to the development of new compliance programs and services.
- Assist in creating training materials tailored to client needs.
- Submit articles for publication on a monthly basis.
