Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Coordinator to support a prominent client in the automotive industry. This role involves defining the software change management processes, drafting requirements for development teams, and collaborating with leadership on project planning. The successful candidate will enhance tools and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Showcasing work products during program-level ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement).
  • Coordinating with various software development teams, overseeing release activities, and engaging with deployment stakeholders.
  • Translating the roadmap into actionable plans, influencing task sequencing, resolving dependencies, and identifying as well as mitigating risks.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from $50 to $60, with variations based on skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, along with access to a 401k retirement plan featuring employer matching. Employees in this position are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
