Actalent is seeking a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tasks to transform raw materials into final products.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations
- Perform decontamination processes, product transfer, and instrument maintenance and logging to ensure efficient production.
- Operate laboratory instruments to complete tasks by following all work instructions and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Quality Control
- Strictly adhere to customer-specific and general work instructions and SOPs to ensure high-quality products.
- Support daily management of processes and products, including assessment to drive problem-solving with data and suggestion of countermeasures.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Use automated and manual lab equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Lab equipment will include liquid handlers. Candidates will also perform manual pipetting.
- Quality Assurance
- Quantify and sample DNA fragments for quality control tests.
