Job Title: Research Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Research Program Coordinator to join our team at Johns Hopkins University. This is a part-time position working up to 19 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and detailed records of research study data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborates with investigators, clinicians, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and data sharing.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of research protocols, including participant recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Provides administrative support for research studies, including coordinating logistics, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases.
  • Schedules follow-up visits, enters data into computer systems, and generates reports for research teams.
  • Coordinates with research staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials and research protocols, preferably in a hospital or academic setting.

Salary Range: $18,772 - $23,250 per year, commensurate with experience.
