We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Baptist Medical Center Clay. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Cardiac or Telemetry nursing preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Conscious Sedation Certification preferred.
- Valid Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
