Registered Nurse Day Shift PRN Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at PruittHealth. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a PRN (as-needed) position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our patients and residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Qualifications
  • Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
