About the Role:

  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including recovery standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find what they need.
  • Collect and dispose of trash according to approved procedures.
  • Dust and damp mop floors following approved protocols.
  • Moves equipment and products for proper cleaning and placement.
  • Cleans assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment.
  • May require mixing water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions.
  • Deep clean key areas of the store, including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high-traffic areas.
  • Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance.
  • Take initiative to complete tasks and seek out areas requiring cleaning.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
