Overview

If you are eager to gain practical experience, the Enterprise Management Internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential business and leadership capabilities. As a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn the intricacies of managing a successful business while acquiring valuable skills in management. Our interns face the same challenges as our entry-level professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where you will learn, grow, and enjoy your experience alongside your peers.

This position offers competitive pay and is located in Augusta, GA.

Responsibilities

Throughout your time in our Management Internship Program, you will encounter a variety of dynamic and rewarding opportunities. You will be immersed in the operations, similar to our Management Trainees, and will have the chance to cultivate the skills necessary to oversee a fleet of vehicles, engage with customers, devise marketing strategies, and build relationships with both clients and colleagues.

During the internship, you will apply the skills you acquire to complete various projects and participate in friendly competitions with fellow interns. There may also be opportunities for performance-based incentives and referral bonuses.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a current college/university Junior or Senior graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must be available for part-time work for a commitment of 10-12 weeks.
