Overview

As a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn the intricacies of managing a successful operation while acquiring valuable skills in management. Responsibilities

Throughout your internship in our Management Program, you will experience a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will keep each day engaging and rewarding. You will be placed at the center of operations, similar to our Management Trainees, and will have the opportunity to cultivate the skills necessary to oversee a fleet, serve customers, devise marketing strategies, and foster relationships with clients and team members.

During this internship, you will apply the knowledge gained to complete various projects and participate in friendly competitions with fellow interns. There may also be opportunities for performance-based incentives and rewards for employee referrals.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a current college/university Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership roles.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last five years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must be available for part-time work for a specified commitment period.
