We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Clearwater Agritopia, a premier luxury senior living community in Gilbert, AZ. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our resident apartments.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, including furnishings, fixtures, and appliances, to ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment.
- Report any health, safety, or sanitation concerns to the supervisor, including apartment repairs or conditions that require attention from other departments.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
- Monitor and remove trash and waste from inside areas of the community to designated trash cans and areas.
- Keep work areas attractive and free of hazardous objects, and ensure that chemicals and hazardous materials are stored and used properly.
- Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations.
- Assist in the moving of residents during emergency situations, as needed.
- Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
