Concierge Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality to our residents and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness meet our high standards.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our community.
  • Welcome and support the hospitality of our Sunrise community, providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to maintain organized records.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
