About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and refine tooling, components, and machines from concept through production.
  • Create detailed 3D models and drawings using advanced solid modeling techniques while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
  • Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and engineering best practices to optimize equipment performance under various conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tooling or equipment issues, recommending modifications to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Lead efforts to develop and standardize tooling and equipment for increased efficiency and reduced lead times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
  • Previous Mechanical Engineering experience.
  • Experience in a metalworking or manufacturing automation environment is ideal.
