Allergy Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Allergy Nurse to join our team at Albany ENT & Allergy Services P C. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of community-minded care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer allergy skin tests and injections, as well as pulmonary lung function testing, to diagnose and treat patients with severe allergic conditions.
- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a positive experience for each individual who visits our clinic.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited formal nursing education program.
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including ability to master our clinic's data entry software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions, calls, and walk-ins.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $24.00 to $31.00 per hour, based on skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
- A consistent schedule with no weekend hours, working 4 ten-hour shifts.
