Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized therapy programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with therapists, families, and other service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and train employees in the Behavioral Management Department, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to inform program development and progress monitoring.
  • Provide expert guidance on Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Autism-related methodologies and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification and at least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current car insurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with bilingualism in Spanish a plus.
