About the Role

Mirror Lake Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral healthcare services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the growth and success of Mirror Lake Recovery Center.
    • Provide visionary leadership and direction to the executive team, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
    • Manage and direct the development of policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the growth and development of staff members.
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare partners.
    • Represent Mirror Lake Recovery Center at local, regional, and national events, promoting the organization's mission and services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in behavioral healthcare or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in leading organizational change and improvement initiatives.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
