About the Job

As an Insurance Field Inspector with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a crucial role in assessing commercial and residential properties for insurance loss control purposes. This is an independent contractor position that requires a high level of energy, motivation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Document findings and recommendations in comprehensive reports
  • Collaborate with clients to determine eligibility requirements
  • Work independently with minimal direction and guidance
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Self-discipline and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Microsoft Windows-based PC, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and other technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • VIITA Certification
  • Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, firefighting, general contracting, or property management
