Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the breakroom and all restrooms, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning spills.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and cleaning of the dairy shelves, glass dairy and frozen food doors, and other areas of the store as needed.
  • Operate designated equipment to sweep and clean the parking lot.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including shoveling and salting sidewalks.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety, fire prevention, and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements and have a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent reaching, lifting, and bending.
  • Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials and substances.
Preferred Requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and conditions of the internal and external store and property.
  • Maintain cleanliness and conditions of the equipment used in the performance of this job function.
