**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist Professional to join our team. As an Optometrist Professional, you will provide exceptional patient care and service while working closely with other healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

  • Deliver routine vision care and prescribe medications and treatment options as needed
  • Educate patients and store associates on eye health and safety factors
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' clinical presentation
  • Represent the company in vision care and patient engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement business strategies
  • Recruit, select, and develop talent to attract and maintain a highly skilled workforce
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice

What We Offer:

  • A competitive annual salary range of $120,000 - $220,000
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses
