Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging fitness programs and services that meet the diverse needs of our members
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, colleagues, and partners to promote a positive and supportive team environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain members

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, NSCA)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting weights and standing for prolonged periods
