Industrial Automation Specialist

As an Industrial Robot Programmer at IC Automation, you will play a vital role in designing, configuring, and maintaining control systems necessary to operate robotic applications across various industries. Your work ensures the smooth functioning of robotic processes, optimizing performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Programming and Configuration: Write, test, and modify programs that direct the actions of robotic equipment. Use robotic software (e.g., Roboguide, etc.) to create precise instructions for manufacturing or industrial applications. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and operators to ensure efficient robot operation.
- Safety and Efficiency: Understand safe robot concepts and adhere to safety protocols. Optimize robot movements to enhance productivity while maintaining safety standards. Conduct regular assessments of robot performance throughout the duration of the project.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Assist in building or assembling robotic devices or systems. Perform corrective or preventative maintenance on robots and their components. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble robots as needed.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems, including various robot brands (e.g., Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA, ABB).
- Proficiency in robot programming, both online and offline.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address technical issues.
- A degree in robotics, automation, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in robot programming, automation, or related roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Fanuc TP, KRL, or similar).
- Understanding of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control.
