- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare management.

- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to patient care and documentation.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
