Key Responsibilities- Examine patients and diagnose dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs, including fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
- Provide preventative care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to prevent dental decay and promote oral health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care for patients.
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
- At least one year of experience in professional dentistry, including experience in diagnosing and treating dental diseases and conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records (EHRs).
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish.
