Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Best Western Shelby Inn & Suites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of shared areas including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
  • Prepare guest rooms to meet our quality standards prior to guest arrivals.
  • Address general inquiries from guests in a friendly manner.
  • Keep a record of cleaned rooms and report any lost items or maintenance issues.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, making beds, dusting, polishing furniture, restocking toiletries, and handling laundry as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a professional housekeeping role is highly desirable.
