This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Telecommunications Project Coordinator to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing OSP telecommunications construction efforts.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Telecommunications OSP Construction and be proficient in performing site walks, vendor interaction/management, delivering on timelines, Quality Assurance, and Project Tracking. Strong communication and engagement abilities are essential for success in this role.

We offer an attractive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and location. Our company offers a collaborative work environment that is approximately 50% office and 50% field work, with opportunities for remote flexibility once you are up and running.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including overseeing internal crews and contractors to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. You will also be expected to provide regular updates and reports to clients and project managers, using tools such as Excel and client-specific software.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience with Telecommunications OSP Construction
  • Strong communication and engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Cabling background with fiber splicing and coaxial experience a plus
