Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Unity Health Clinic-Upper Cardozo in Washington, DC.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing accurate and timely pharmacy services to our patients, while also delivering exceptional customer service and support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in providing accurate and compliant pharmacy services
  • Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently
  • Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
  • Answer telephones expediently and courteously
  • Operate POS and ring sales accurately
  • Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions
  • Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner
  • Think and act proactively
  • Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times
Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • High School Diploma
  • Current, Washington, D.C. Pharmacy Technician registration
  • Minimum of 2 years' Pharmacy Tech experience in a retail pharmacy
