Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain mammalian cell lines for various projects.
  • Execute mammalian cell transfections, as well as lentivirus production and transduction processes.
  • Conduct flow cytometry for binding assays, immunophenotyping, and functional assays based on cells.
  • Utilize ELISA/MSD techniques to measure cytokine concentrations in supernatants from primary cell-based assays.
  • Isolate, culture, and differentiate primary human immune cells.
  • Perform luminescence-based functional assays using reporter cells.
  • Engage in independent data analysis that contributes to scientific discussions and presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to facilitate both internal and external projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
  • Familiarity with flow cytometry and ELISA is highly advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation capabilities, and effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities to manage deadlines and multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to quickly acquire scientific knowledge and experimental methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, diligent, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good interpersonal skills for fostering relationships across various functions internally and externally.
