Job Overview:
The primary function of the Blown Film Helper is to support the Blown Film Operator in the safe and efficient production of high-quality film rolls that meet customer specifications, contributing to the growth of Anchor Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the operation of a Blown Film Line while prioritizing safety.
• Operate one winder of the Blown Film line to ensure the production of quality, on-specification film.
• Help achieve standard production rates efficiently while minimizing waste.
• Support the Operator during screen changes by threading the line and changing dull blades.
• Set up the winder according to product specifications and ensure safe disposal of used blades.
• Regularly check roll widths and edges, making necessary adjustments to enhance quality.
• Log production data accurately and monitor roll weights, adjusting as needed.
• Package and palletize all production for traceability and safety.
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist colleagues in adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety in a fast-paced environment.
