Job Summary:

TAPESTRY 360 HEALTH is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, direct them through the registration process, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general customer service, clerical, administrative, and receptionist duties to maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
  • Medical Equipment Management: Assist with managing medical equipment inventory, examination rooms, and treatment areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Patient Care Screenings: Assist with patient care screenings and provide support to medical professionals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Interest in Healthcare: A sincere interest in healthcare and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use computers and other technical equipment to perform job duties.
  • Certifications: CPR/BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
  • Personal Qualities: Energetic, motivated, and resourceful individual with compassion, empathy, and respect for others.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, work collaboratively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to professionally and effectively communicate and interact with patients, colleagues, providers, managers, and others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education and Training: Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program or post-HS education or training.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual or proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Experience: Previous customer service and/or medical office experience, as well as experience using EMR systems.
