Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in a reputable publicly listed company or a relevant industry.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience with various software business models (e.g., Subscription, On-premise).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Sales Finance within a software environment, or 4+ years servicing software clients in a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
Preferred Requirements:
- An MBA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, or CIA are preferred.
- Fluency in other languages along with English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present recommendations to senior management.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $104,100 - $178,400 and an annual incentive target of 15% of the base salary.
