Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, P.C., is a reputable law firm seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. This position will primarily support the firm's Government Contracts Practice Group, but associates are expected to work with other practice groups as needed.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and a consistent attention to detail. Ideal candidates should be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and have solid academic credentials.

Associates are given client-facing opportunities early and often, and becoming a shareholder is a realistic goal for those who show a commitment and dedication to their own professional development. The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 to $185,000 per year, with benefits including health and dental insurance premiums and 30 percent of the premiums for dependents.

Associates are expected to work a minimum of 1800 billable hours per year to remain in good standing. Approved pro-bono work up to 100 hours and approved diversity, equity and inclusion work up to 25 hours will count toward 1800 billable hours target. Associates who work above the minimum billable hour requirement are eligible for hours-based bonuses and merit-based bonuses each year.
