Pharmacist Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients in various settings, including general medicine, surgery, intensive care, and more.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
