Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot and cart area.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading items, and providing product information and recommendations.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain safety and security of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, reporting hazards, and following company procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the store.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
