Job Title:

Director, Product Marketing – Transportation Management Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic product marketing Director with a passion for supply chain management and transportation management systems (TMS) to help Blue Yonder accelerate its leadership in supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with product leaders to translate new product capabilities into outcome-oriented messaging and content used in sales, awareness, and demand generation.
  • Partner with industry leaders to identify opportunities to showcase how our TMS solution empowers decision making in retail and manufacturing as well as with logistic service providers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing to drive new product introduction efforts and create interest in TMS and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
  • Evaluate opportunities to take share and deposition competitors, working with competitive intelligence, sales, and partners.
  • Build persona-centric narratives and visual demonstrations that showcase the value and differentiation of Blue Yonder's TMS technology as a part of a cloud native platform.
  • Serve as an evangelist and subject matter expert on TMS, supporting sales and partner enablement as well as key corporate and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing or a hi-tech field, MBA/master's preferred
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years working with transportation management system (TMS) solutions is required.
  • 2+ years of experience working on SaaS software
  • Experience with retail and manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences in simple, compelling English
