Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales and service targets
  • Model exceptional customer service and apply a high level of knowledge of all bank products and services to support associates in meeting current and prospective customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Accountable for efficient, safe, and confidential service to customers and enforces all compliance requirements and procedures
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop team to advance individual, team, and bank success
  • Coordinate daily operations of the retail team to ensure adequate staffing, efficient operations, and responsive customer service
  • Provide essential review and recommendations to improve retail operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Able to exercise sound business judgement
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills
  • Supervisory and management experience, preferred
  • Advanced level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Work Environment
