- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Accountable for efficient, safe, and confidential service to customers and enforces all compliance requirements and procedures
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop team to advance individual, team, and bank success
- Coordinate daily operations of the retail team to ensure adequate staffing, efficient operations, and responsive customer service
- Provide essential review and recommendations to improve retail operations
- Bachelor's Degree or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Able to exercise sound business judgement
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Supervisory and management experience, preferred
- Advanced level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
