We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions
- Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records
- Supervise support personnel and assume responsibility for final check of all completed work
- Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
- Provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care services
- Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
- Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
- Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)
