About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11pm). This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Implement and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machinery performance and mitigate recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance as a technician.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other complex equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
