  • Oversee, design, implement, and finalize capital projects.
  • Generate budget estimates and project timelines.
  • Calculate costs for capital initiatives and prepare high-quality Authorization Requests (ARs).
  • Deliver mechanical engineering insights.
  • Guarantee adherence to EHS regulations and engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure safe and effective project execution.
  • Draft procurement documents and facilitate timely purchases as necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling project teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Specify the essential education and experience required for this role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred. Other technical or Construction Management degrees may be considered with demonstrated success in project execution within a plant environment.

Experience:

5-10 years of experience in managing projects within a process plant setting in a technical capacity.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels within the plant and among contractors.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn about production operations and the impact of project execution on plant performance.
