Job Summary

B and B Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Associate. This part-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms
  • Ensure all areas are clean and organized, adhering to company standards

Requirements:

  • Dependable and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to pass a complete background check, drug test, and E-Verify
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required

Working Conditions:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, approximately 2 hours per night, with flexible start times after 6pm

Compensation:

$15/hour
