Position Overview

The role of the Sales Merchandiser is integral to our operations within the Large Store segment. This position serves as the key liaison between Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast management and store management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and enhance customer relationships while driving sales and product orders for designated accounts.
  • Regularly restock products on shelves and in coolers, adhering to rotation standards to maintain product quality.
  • Educate customers about our extensive beverage portfolio, generating excitement and interest.
  • Implement promotional displays and equipment placements to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage company assets, including promotional signage and displays.
  • Assess store needs and communicate replenishment orders effectively to ensure stock availability.
  • Collaborate with business partners to share account activities and insights.
  • Physically engage in lifting, bending, and merchandising tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of general work experience is required, with relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are essential.
  • Proficient planning and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Computer application proficiency is required.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 40 pounds repetitively, along with physical tasks such as reaching, standing, and kneeling.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company policy guidelines are mandatory.
