Care Hub Hospitalist Physician Opportunity

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

The OSF HR Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team as a Care Hub Hospitalist Physician. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with nurses and analysts to triage and determine patient movement at the OSF hospital facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimal patient flow across the entire Ministry
  • Collaborate with local clinicians to ensure effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Manage the intake of transfers to OSF and define mitigation strategies
Requirements:
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
  • Prior experience with OSF Healthcare processes
