Position Summary

The role involves the thorough cleaning of company vehicles, both inside and out. It is essential to prioritize vehicles for cleaning based on their scheduled departure times. Coordination with fellow cleaning staff is crucial to ensure a smooth workflow across all shifts. This position also includes guiding and assisting other cleaning personnel to enhance efficiency and optimize the cleaning procedures. Adherence to the company's established cleaning standards for various vehicle types is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document daily cleaning activities in the designated logbook.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials is maintained and request additional items as needed.
  • Keep the wash bay area tidy and free from hazards.
  • Secure the premises and fuel stations before concluding shifts.
  • Park vehicles that are scheduled for use later in the day or the following day.
  • Notify mechanics of any vehicle issues or overdue maintenance identified during cleaning.
  • Possess the ability to operate a charter or route vehicle as required.
  • Collaborative Relationships

    Internal: Engage with all departments as part of a cohesive maintenance team, where collaboration is essential for achieving collective goals and supporting one another.
