We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an Occupational Therapist with FeldCare Connects, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults in the Richmond area.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and providing interventions to improve patient functioning and safety. You will work closely with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with state laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient functioning and safety
  • Lead patients in therapeutic activities to enhance their wellbeing
  • Observe, record, and report patient progress and changes in condition
  • Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work with adults of all ages
  • Occupational Therapist license and registration in the state
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
