The Inpatient Therapist (MA) role at MultiCare Health System, Inc. involves delivering clinical counseling to a patient population, following established treatment guidelines and agency policies.

The incumbent utilizes therapy techniques to facilitate understanding and practice of coping skills, fostering and enhancing communication, self-esteem, creativity, socialization, and physical movement of assigned adolescent patients.

This position requires a Master's Degree in a behavioral health-related field and a license in one of the following: Licensed Social Work Associate & Independent Clinical, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate.

Minimum one year of relevant clinical and/or residential experience working with individuals with mental illness is required.
