Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our contracting team in supporting the USCG Director of Contracting and Procurement (CG-91) with contracting tasks. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of supervisory experience in managing contract operations, including contract closeout, funds management, invoice administration, and system reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to a team executing Contract Support Services and Contract Closeout Support services
  • Ensure contract deliverables are completed and submitted to the customer while maintaining technical accuracy and quality
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure compliance with standards and policies

Qualifications and Skills

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 6+ years of supervisory experience in managing contract operations
  • DAWIA Level I to III desirable
  • PMP or other PM certification desirable

Estimated Annual Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
