Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently design and draft standard mechanical components with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in project review meetings, offering valuable insights and contributing to project milestones.
  • Collaborate with other discipline leads to ensure seamless integration of designs and engineering solutions.
  • Utilize NX (V-10 and above) for modeling and drafting, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Apply knowledge of standard manufacturing processes, fit, and tolerances to ensure designs meet functional and quality requirements.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
  • Preferably, bring experience in turbo machinery, including gas and steam turbines, to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college/university.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and drafting.
  • Proficiency in NX (V-10 and above preferred) and experience with PLM and Teamcenter.
  • Strong understanding of standard manufacturing processes, fit, and tolerances.
  • Experience with turbo machinery, such as gas turbines and steam turbines, is a plus.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
