Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Select-A-Vision. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying inventory levels, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Verify inventory levels and process shipments in a timely manner
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
  • Assist with replenishments to active pick areas from bulk
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in inventory, distribution, and operational processes
  • Basic skillset in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team setting
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift 35lb boxes, stand for 75% of work time, and use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for 50% of work time
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items for 100% of work time
  • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of work time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds for 50% of work time
