We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Dialysis RN. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate and specialized renal care to patients in a hospital setting.

About the Role

This role involves delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with our healthcare partners. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nephrology care through Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet patients' unique needs
  • Promote patient safety and well-being through vigilant monitoring and rapid response to changes in patient status

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
